dd222 Terms & Conditions

By registering an account on dd222, logging into your existing account, or using any feature of the platform — including browsing games, placing bets, making deposits or withdrawals, or claiming promotions — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. dd222 will treat all actions taken using your account as actions taken by you personally, regardless of who actually performed them.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on dd222. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error, you must contact our support team immediately via live chat.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. dd222 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. You must not:

• Share your password with any other person.
• Allow any other person to access or use your account.
• Use another player's account under any circumstances.

You must notify dd222 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. dd222 may, at its discretion, temporarily suspend an account where unauthorised access is suspected in order to protect the account holder.

dd222 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the supported Bangladesh mobile banking services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). dd222 does not accept payments from credit cards, international wire transfers, or third-party payment processors not listed on the platform.

The following transaction limits apply to all accounts unless modified by a written agreement or a specific promotional offer:

• Minimum single deposit: ৳200.
• Minimum single withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same mobile banking number used for the most recent deposit, unless a change of payment method has been verified by the support team.
• dd222 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before approving any withdrawal request exceeding ৳10,000 or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.

dd222 does not charge a processing fee on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking service provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which dd222 is not responsible. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Processing times during public holidays or periods of high demand may be extended.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on dd222. Violation of any prohibition below may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all account balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the platform, whether directly or through a third party.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to play games or place bets.
• Colluding with other players in card games, live casino, or sports betting to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds for the purpose of money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or incorrectly set odds to gain winnings that would not be available under normal operating conditions.

dd222 uses automated monitoring systems and manual review to detect prohibited conduct. The final determination of whether conduct constitutes a violation rests with dd222 and its decision in such matters is final, subject only to appeal through the formal dispute process described in these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dd222 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other legal theory. dd222's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes dd222's liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law. The limitations of liability in this section reflect a fair allocation of risk between dd222 and you as the user; they are a fundamental element of the basis of the agreement between us.

dd222 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where the change is material, dd222 will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 7 days' prior notice via a notice posted on the platform or by direct communication to your registered contact. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of a change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account through the support team.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. dd222 operates on an international basis and makes no representation that the platform or its content is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction. Users access the platform on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
